On average, how many choices do you think you have to make every day? Get up, or sleep in? Latte, or americano? Buy, or save money? Pick up the phone, or send an email? God makes choices, too, and the most important choice in our lives was actually made for us; with God sending Jesus to reconcile all people to the Father. We are God's chosen ones by faith - that is our identity; called to "put off" evil in our daily decisions. Yet, following Jesus is not only to be called away from sin, but called toward the abundant life of the Gospel. What values should we now "put on" and live out? What is our purpose?
